Really impressed with the service I got from this team. Every single one of the staff is really knowledgeable about all of the boards and gear in general. They also honor the happiness guarantee without question. I had found a great board that did everything I asked it to do but sadly the stomp pad spine was too high for my flat feet. They took the board back and gave me a similar board with a flatter spine and now I'm all set. Also set me up with a great beginner board for all my chonky friends. Definitely recommend this shop for all your wake sport needs.

The best customer service!! I live in a surrounding small town and needed a last minute Christmas gift and wasn't able to travel to Calgary to shop. Andrew responded to an email request promptly with a few options and had the gift on the courier the next day for overnight delivery at a super reasonable rate! I'm always one to pay a little more to support local but there prices were similar to a box store so that was an added bonus!! Thanks Andrew, my kids are going to love their gift!

I just picked up a new pair of Head Pickleball Shoes. Andrew and the team at Shuswap were friendly and professional. The quality and selection of Pickleball equipment and shoes is the best I have seen in Calgary. I highly recommend stopping in if Pickleball is your game.
