I purchased a t-shirt from Grip on Golf this past August 2022 while playing in the Tecumseh Pickleball tournament. A couple of the letters on the back of the t-shirt began to peel off so I reached out to Kyle to ask about a warranty since it was only a few months old. I honestly didn't think I would get a response, but to my surprise, Kyle texted me back within a day or two and said that I could come into his store anytime and receive another shirt. WOW!!! I told him that I lived in St. Catharines, ON and said that wasn't possible. He said his friend was visiting him this coming weekend and he would send the replacement t-shirt home with him. I contacted his friend and we arranged for me to pick it up this morning. Now that's great customer service!! Thank you Kyle and to your buddy in St. Catharines for making this possible. All the best.
